How to Use the Invoice Generator

Follow these simple steps to create your professional invoice.

Select Currency

Choose your preferred currency from the dropdown. The invoice will automatically format amounts in that currency.

Customize Theme

Pick a theme color that matches your brand from the color swatches or use the custom color picker.

Upload Logo

Upload your company logo (PNG, JPG, SVG, or WebP). It will appear on the invoice header.

Enter Seller Details

Fill in your company name, address, GSTIN, PAN, phone, email, and other business details.

Enter Invoice Details

Set the invoice number, date, buyer's order number, delivery terms, and payment mode.

Add Buyer Details

Enter the buyer's name, address, GSTIN, phone, and email.

Add Line Items

Add your products or services with descriptions, HSN codes, quantities, rates, discounts, and GST rates.

Add Bank Details

Enter your bank account details for the invoice footer.

Print or Save PDF

Click "Print / Save PDF" to generate your invoice. Choose "Save as PDF" in the print dialog.
